AuthFyre provides enterprise AI agent identity management services, including:

• AI agent registration and lifecycle management

• Integration with enterprise identity providers

• Authentication and authorization services

• Compliance monitoring and reporting

• Security monitoring and governance

You agree to use AuthFyre's services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• All applicable laws and regulations

• Your organization's policies and procedures

• Industry best practices for security and privacy

• These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Properly configure access controls for your AI agents

• Monitor and review AI agent activities regularly

• Report security incidents promptly

Our Responsibilities

• Maintain SOC 2 Type II certified security controls

• Provide 99.99% uptime service level agreement

• Encrypt all data in transit and at rest

• Maintain comprehensive audit logs

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

AuthFyre's liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 90 days.
